Step 01

Connect your business

  1. Open Integrations and choose Prepare Facebook connection.
  2. When it’s ready, choose Continue with Facebook. Select the business and Pages you want this CRM to access.
  3. Return to the CRM and find the business under Connected businesses.

Can’t access setup? Contact us before proceeding. Connecting a business and getting permission to read its leads are separate checks; access may still need approval.

Step 02

Choose the form and map its fields

Choose Choose Pages beside the connected business, select your Page, then select an active lead form. Review each suggested mapping before choosing Save pending draft.

FIELD MAPPINGExample form

A saved draft doesn’t start capture. You still need to verify and activate it.

Step 03

Review before switching intake on

  1. On the pending draft, choose Subscribe Page, then Verify form and Page.
  2. Read the result. If the form or Page subscription needs correction, resolve that before continuing.
  3. When it’s ready, confirm that you reviewed the Page, form and mapping. Choose Activate lead intake; activation checks provider access again.

What you should see

The form appears under Lead Ads connections with an active status. This confirms intake setup; check an actual enquiry next.

Step 04

Check the first enquiry

Use a test enquiry you control. Check that it reaches the CRM and that the buyer’s details match the form answers. If it doesn’t appear, record the connection status and contact us before relying on the flow.

WhatsApp is a separate setup. Capturing a form submission doesn’t by itself authorize a WhatsApp message. Your sender and the buyer’s permission still need the required checks.

If something stops you

My Page isn’t listed

The CRM lists the Pages granted to this connection. Check that you connected the intended business. If you granted no Pages, reconnect and select the Page in Facebook.

The connection session expired

Choose Prepare Facebook connection again to start a fresh session, then continue through the sign-in window.

Activation fails after verification

Read the failure shown in the CRM. Activation rechecks access, so earlier verification doesn’t guarantee activation. Send us the step and error wording, without credentials or buyer details.

I connected the wrong business

Disconnect stops CRM intake for every form linked to that business. Review those forms before confirming the action. This doesn’t delete their existing buyer records.
