Made an enquiry about a plot?
The property business manages your enquiry. This notice explains where thingswetried fits and how you can ask about your information.
Who this notice covers
This notice covers visitors to this website, people using thingswetried for a property business, and buyers whose information a business records in the CRM.
A property business manages its buyer relationships and decides which enquiries and sales records to add. It is responsible for its own collection notices and permissions to contact buyers.
thingswetried is operated by Abhishek Gusain, India. We provide this website and the CRM. For information a property business adds to its workspace, we process that information to provide the service on its behalf. For website enquiries, account administration and security, we handle information for those purposes. Contact contact@thingswetried.com for privacy questions.

The current public website has no added analytics or advertising trackers. Sign-in services and the CRM have separate technical requirements; this statement is not a claim that every connected service is cookie-free.
With your business’s authorization, Facebook integration reads the Pages and lead forms you select, retrieves submitted answers and receives lead notifications. WhatsApp integration uses the connected business number, message content and delivery events to provide the shared inbox and permitted replies. We use this information to provide your CRM features, not to sell personal information or build advertising audiences for other businesses. Organization owners can disconnect a connection to stop new intake or messaging; disconnecting does not erase existing workspace records. Use the Data deletion instructions to request removal.
When automated replies are on
If a business enables the WhatsApp assistant, relevant buyer messages and approved property descriptions or written FAQ are sent through OpenRouter to an AI model provider to prepare a reply.
The assistant uses approved property information and hands commercial questions, including prices, to a person. Team members can take over. This disclosure describes a data flow; it does not promise that providers never retain inputs or use them for training.
Assistant processing is optional. The business can disable the assistant or transfer a conversation to a team member. The selected model and its provider terms depend on the enabled configuration; ask us which provider applies before enabling this feature. We do not use buyer records to train a thingswetried model.
Access and connected services
Authorized members of the relevant business see information according to their permissions. Connected providers process information for the features they support.

Some providers may process information outside India. India-only storage is not offered.
Storage, retention and deletion
Access is scoped to the customer organization and the person’s permissions. The Security page explains the current access, sharing and recovery controls.
Retention needs differ across buyer records, communications, files, audit history and backups. A deletion request may require coordination with the property business and connected providers.
We retain workspace records while needed to provide the customer’s service, meet legal obligations and preserve security or transaction evidence. After a verified request or account closure, we assess the records for deletion or anonymization with the relevant business. Restricted audit records and backups may remain where needed for security, recovery or legal obligations; they are not used for routine sales work after deletion.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about access, correction or deletion through the privacy contact. Give the property business’s name and the contact detail used for your enquiry; leave identity documents out of the first message.
We may need to verify the request and coordinate with the business that collected the information. See the deletion request process.
Replying STOP to a connected business’s WhatsApp conversation stops automated messages from that business. It does not delete your CRM records.
Privacy requests are handled through contact@thingswetried.com. We verify control of the relevant account or contact detail, identify the records and explain the outcome, including any lawful retention. Applicable rights and response periods depend on the law that applies to your request.
Updates to this notice
We update this notice when our data practices change and show the effective date above. Material changes affecting customer accounts are communicated through an account notice or email.
