The service and agreement
thingswetried is operated by Abhishek Gusain, India. thingswetried helps a property business manage enquiries, conversations, plots, visits, bookings and sales. The business, its authorized team and the service operator have different responsibilities under the agreement.
These terms apply to your use of the thingswetried website and service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose workspace you use. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. A separate written customer agreement takes priority for any conflicting commercial terms.
Your account and team
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them and the security of your sign-in details and API keys. Remove access when a team member no longer needs it.
Report suspected account or key misuse through the business contact. Do not try to access another organization’s records or bypass the service’s controls.
Buyer information and messaging
Only add information and files your business is entitled to use. Keep property facts and buyer records accurate, and obtain the permissions needed to contact buyers.
Connected channels have their own policies, including WhatsApp’s opt-in and messaging requirements. Do not send spam, mislead buyers or continue automated messaging after they opt out.
If you enable automated replies, your team supplies the FAQ and remains responsible for checking it. Generated replies can contain mistakes; review conversations and take over when needed.
Your records and exports
Your business provides the CRM records. Processing and connected services are described in the Privacy notice.
Organization owners can export supported record types as CSV. Each export contains up to the newest 10,000 records of that type and reports truncation. Message bodies and file contents are excluded, so an export is not a complete account backup.
Your business retains its rights in the information and files it provides. You grant us permission to host, process and transmit them only as needed to provide and secure the service and meet legal obligations. thingswetried software, branding and website content remain ours or our licensors’ property. Request supported exports before account closure; deletion requests follow the published Data deletion instructions.

Availability and ending access

We may restrict access to protect accounts, comply with law or address misuse, including unauthorized access or prohibited messaging. Where practical, we explain the reason and provide notice or a way to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal action may require immediate restriction. You can request account closure through contact@thingswetried.com; supported exports and lawful retention are handled under the Privacy notice.
Liability, disputes and changes
Property records and assistant replies support your team’s work. They are not legal advice, title verification or a guarantee that a plot is available. Confirm commercial and legal facts independently.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, sales results or the accuracy of information supplied by customers or connected providers. We do not exclude liability or rights that law does not allow us to exclude. Contact contact@thingswetried.com to raise a dispute. Applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights. We publish updated terms with an effective date and notify customers of material changes before they apply to continued service use.
